Kickboxing & Martial arts classes incorporating Pad work, Cardio workouts, fitness drills & sparring. No matter what your ability or fitness levels you will be greeted with a friendly welcome when you join our classes.
We also teach self defence applications and elements of Filipino Martial arts which include weapon based training.
We promote courtesy, respect for others, self control and well-being and self confidence.
We welcome students both New & Old and it doesn't matter what level or ability you are, whether you're a complete novice or have done martial arts before we will fit you into our sessions.
