Mr Adam Heyman-Heybyrne - Senior Instructor

Our Senior instructor Mr Adam Heyman-Heybyrne has been training in Martial Arts for nearly 30 years. Under the expert guidance of his Chief Instructor Master Gary Gassor, Mr HH (as we like to call him) started out in ITF Taekwon-do where he Achieved the rank of 2nd Degree Black Belt.

Over the many years Mr HH has trained he has achieved a 6th Degree Black Belt in Taekem Kwan Kickboxing and the equivalent of a First Degree Black Belt in Filipino Martial Arts. He has also, with his Chief instructor (and now close personal friend) Master Gassor travelled far and wide training and gaining knowledge in a variety of different Martial Arts including Muay Thai Boxing and the grappling arts.

As a Senior Instructor with the International Martial Arts Association (I.M.A.A) Mr HH has been teaching at the Caldicot & Risca Venues for over two decades and has often taught multiple generations of the same family.
